(1) The Maharashtra Sale of Trees by Occupants belonging to Scheduled Tribes (Regulation) Ordinance, 1969 (Mah. Ord. V of 1969) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken (including any rules made) under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>1</i>) The Maharashtra Sale of Trees by Occupants belonging to Scheduled Tribes (Regulation) Ordinance, 1969 (Mah. Ord.
