(1) The Maharashtra Right to Information (Repeal) Ordinance, 2005 (Mah. Ord. VII of 2005), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken, as the case may be under this Act.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>1</i>) The Maharashtra Right to Information (Repeal) Ordinance, 2005 (Mah. Ord.
