Unless the context otherwise requires, any reference to the name "Bombay" or any reference to "Greater Bombay" appearing in the title or in the name of the area, corporation or authority in any of the enactments specified in the said Schedule, in any other State enactments, or in any rules, regulations, bye-laws, notifications or orders issued under any enactment, or in any instrument, shall, after the commencement of this Act, be construed as a reference to "Mumbai" or to "Brihan Mumbai" as the case may be.
