On and with effect from the date of commencement of this Act, the Maharashtra Public Services (Subordinate) Selection Boards Act, 1973 (Mah. XXI of 1973), shall stand repealed, and all the Selection Boards and the Special Selection Board constituted thereunder shall stand dissolve, and the members thereof shall be deemed to have vacated their office.
