(1) Any person aggrieved by an order of the licensing authority refusing to grant a licence under section 6, or suspension, revocation or cancellation of any licence under section 9, may appeal to the Appellate Committee, within such period as may be prescribed, and the Appellate Committee shall on such appeal, make such order as it thinks just and proper, within such period as may be prescribed. (2) The order passed under sub-section (1) shall be final.
