(1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Prevention and Eradication of Human Sacrifice and other Inhuman, Evil and Aghori Practices and Black Magic Act, 2013. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 26th August 2013.
