(1) The 1[State] Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules to carry out all or any of the purposes of this Act. (2) Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions such rules may prescribe- (a) the form of the application to be made under section 4, (b) the date on which an application for registration or renewal of registration to be made and the fees to be paid for such registration or renewal of registration: 2[Provided that, the State Government may prescribe different rates of fees for registration of nursing homes, having regard to the area in which such nursing home is situated, the number of beds therein, the number of specialisations offered in such nursing home.] (c) the form of the certificate of registration to be issued under section 5, (d) for any other matter for which no provision has been made in this Act, and for which provision is, in the opinion of the 3[State] Government, necessary. (3) The power to make rules under this section shall be subject to the condition of previous publication in the Official Gazette.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>1</i>) The <sup>1</sup>[State] Government may, by notification in the <i>Official Gazette</i>, make rules to carry out all or any of the purposes of this Act.<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>2</i>) Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing provisions such rules may prescribe-<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>a</i>) the form of the application to be made under section 4, <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><i>(b)</i> the date on which an application for registration or renewal of registration to be made and the fees to be paid for such registration or renewal of registration: <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><sup>2</sup>[Provided that, the State Government may prescribe different rates of fees for registration of nursing homes, having regard to the area in which such nursing home is situated, the number of beds therein, the number of specialisations offered in such nursing home.]<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>c</i>) the form of the certificate of registration to be issued under section 5, <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>d</i>) for any other matter for which no provision has been made in this Act, and for which provision is, in the opinion of the <sup>3</sup>[State] Government, necessary. <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>3</i>) The power to make rules under this section shall be subject to the condition of previous publication in the <i>Official Gazette</i>. <br>
