(1) This Act may be called the 1[Maharashtra] Merged Territories Miscellaneous Alienations Abolition Act. (2) It extends to the merged territories in the 2[pre-Reorganisation State of Bombay, excluding the transferred territories.] (3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint in this behalf.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>1</i>) This Act may be called the <sup>1</sup>[Maharashtra] Merged Territories Miscellaneous Alienations Abolition Act.<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>2</i>) It extends to the merged territories in the <sup>2</sup>[pre-Reorganisation State of Bombay, excluding the transferred territories.]<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>3</i>) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the <i>Official Gazette</i>, appoint in this behalf.<br><br>
