The first Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, the Finance and Accounts Officer, the Director of Assessment and Evaluation and any other officers required to ensure that the objectives of university are accomplished, shall be appointed by the Government, for a period of one year or until new appointment of officers of the university are made as per the Act, whichever is earlier.
