(1) The Tribunal established for the Sant Gadge Baba University, Amravati shall be the Tribunal for the purposes of this Act, for adjudication of disputes between the employees of the university and university, with regard to the matters specified in sub-section (1) of section 81 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016 (Mah. VI of 2017). (2) The other details and procedures provided in sections 80, 81, 82, 83, 84 and 85 of the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016 (Mah. VI of 2017) shall be applicable mutatis mutandis to the university.
