(1) All permissions, orders, decisions, notices and other documents, except the Agreement, of the Water Users’ Association shall, be authenticated by the Chairperson of the Water Users’ Association or Member-Secretary authorised by the Water Users’ Association in this behalf. (2) The Agreement, shall be signed by the Chairperson of the Water Users’ Associations.
