The Tribunal established under the Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016 (Mah. VI of 2017), for the Savitribai Phule University, Pune shall be the tribunal for the purposes of this Act, for adjudication of disputes between the employees of the University and University, and between the employees of affiliated colleges or recognized institutions of this University, other than those managed and maintained by the State Government, Central Government or local authority and their respective managements, with regard to the matters specified in sub-section (1) of section 47.
