The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:- (a) the Governing Council ; (b) the Academic and Activity Council ; (c) the Board of Studies ; (d) the Board of Examinations and Evaluation ; (e) such other authorities as may be prescribed by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>a</i>) the Governing Council ;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><i>(b)</i> the Academic and Activity Council ;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>c</i>) the Board of Studies ;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>d</i>) the Board of Examinations and Evaluation ;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>e</i>) such other authorities as may be prescribed by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University. <br>
