(1) The Authority or Government Authority or Government Agency or Local Authority shall ensure transparency in their functioning under the Act. (2) Any Person while submitting the proposal to the Authority under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Act shall enter into integrity pact with the Authority. (3) The details of the integrity pact shall be such as may be prescribed.
