Nature of Concession Agreement.

§16

Summary

(1) The Authority may prescribe the model Concession Agreement for the purposes of the Act. (2) The following Concession Agreement with their variations and combinations may be made,- (a) design-build-operate-and-transfer ; or (b) design-build-own-operate-and-transfer ; or (c) design-build-own-and-operate ; or (d) develop-operate-and-transfer ; or (e) any other Concession Agreement as may be prescribed. (3) The details of the Concession Agreement specified in sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed in the regulations.

<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>1</i>) The Authority may prescribe the model Concession Agreement for the purposes of the Act.<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>2</i>) The following Concession Agreement with their variations and combinations may be made,-<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>a</i>) design-build-operate-and-transfer ; or<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><i>(b)</i> design-build-own-operate-and-transfer ; or<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>c</i>) design-build-own-and-operate ; or<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>d</i>) develop-operate-and-transfer ; or<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>e</i>) any other Concession Agreement as may be prescribed.<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>3</i>) The details of the Concession Agreement specified in sub-section (<i>1</i>) shall be as prescribed in the regulations. <br>
