The Authority shall, subject to the general control of the State Government, assume management of all such lands, requisitioned or deemed to be requisitioned or continued to be subject to requisition, by or under the Authority of the State Government under the 1Bombay Land Requisition Act, 1948 (Bom. XXXIII of 1948) or by or under any corresponding law for the time being in force, as the State Government may direct.
