(1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Gunthewari Developments (Regularisation, Upgradation and Control) Act, 2001. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 30th April 2001.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>1</i>) This Act may be called the Maharashtra <i>Gunthewari</i> Developments (Regularisation, Upgradation and Control) Act, 2001. <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>2</i>) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra. <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>3</i>) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 30<sup>th</sup> April 2001. <br>
