(1) The Goseva Ayog shall hold meetings at least four times in a year and shall keep record of its proceedings in a minute book. (2) The meetings of the Goseva Ayog shall be convened and presided over by the Chairperson. (3) Subject to the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder, the Goseva Ayog may observe such procedure in regard to the transaction of business at its meetings (including the quorum there at) as may be specified by regulations.
