(1) Any person aggrieved by an order passed by the Goseva Ayog under section 22 or any other order passed under this Act, may, within sixty days from the date of its communication, file an appeal to the Government. (2) On receipt of such appeal, the Government shall, after giving a reasonable opportunity of being heard to the appellant, pass such order as it may think fit. (3) Every order made under this section by the Government shall be final.
