(1) There shall be a fund of the Goseva Ayog to be called "the Goseva Ayog Fund", to which shall be credited all moneys received by the Ayog, including grants made by the Government, fees received, donations, gifts and bequests made to it by any person or institution. (2) All funds of the Goseva Ayog shall be kept in a Nationalized Bank and shall be operated by the person as may be authorized by the Ayog in this behalf, in writing.
