Power to arrest without warrant and offences to be non-bailable.

<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>1</i>) Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974), any Police Officer may arrest without a warrant any person who is reasonably suspected of having committed any offence under this Act.<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>2</i>) All offences under this Act shall be non-bailable.<br><br>
