The provisions of section 3 shall not apply to,- (a) the Minority Educational Institution; (b) such institutions of excellence or research institutions, as may be declared by the State Government by notification in the Official Gazette.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>The provisions of section 3 shall not apply to,-<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>a</i>) the Minority Educational Institution;<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><i>(b)</i> such institutions of excellence or research institutions, as may be declared by the State Government by notification in the <i>Official Gazette</i>.<br>
