(1) All offences under sub-section (1) of section 11, except offences under sub-section (2) of the said section shall be cognizable and non bailable. (2) No Court inferior to that of the Metropolitan Magistrate or a Judicial Magistrate, First Class, shall try any offence under this Act.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>1</i>) All offences under sub-section (<i>1</i>) of section 11, except offences under sub-section (<i>2</i>) of the said section shall be cognizable and non bailable. <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>2</i>) No Court inferior to that of the Metropolitan Magistrate or a Judicial Magistrate, First Class, shall try any offence under this Act.<br>
