(1) The Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Ordinance, 1999 (Mah. Ord. III of 1999) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken, as the case may be, under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>1</i>) The Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Ordinance, 1999 (Mah. Ord.
