(1) The Maharashtra College Teachers (Temporary Postponement of Confirmation) Ordinance, 1973 (Mah. Ord. IX of 1973), is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken by or under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken by or under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>1</i>) The Maharashtra College Teachers (Temporary Postponement of Confirmation) Ordinance, 1973 (Mah. Ord.
