Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, after a date (being a date before the date of expiry of this Act), to be notified by the State Government in the Official Gazette, arrangements shall be made by the Collectors concerned to constitute new committees in accordance with the provisions of the Co-operative Societies Act and the rules and bye-laws made thereunder, before the expiration of the term of office of the existing committees and administrators, which stands extended during the period this Act is in operation.
