The High Court shall from time to time, with the sanction of the 1[ 2[State] Government], prescribe and regulate the fees to be taken for any process issued by any Court the constitution of which is declared by this Act, or by an officer of such Court. Tables of the fees so prescribed shall be published in the [Official Gazette].
