1[CIVIL JUDGES] 21. Number of subordinate civil court.- There shall be in each district so many Civil Courts subordinate to the District Court as the 2[ 3[State] Government], 4[* * *] shall from time to time direct : 5[Provided that for special reasons it shall be lawful for the 6[ 7[State] Government], at any time to close temporarily any such Subordinate Court].
