(1) The Authority shall meet at least once in three months at such time, as the Chairperson may decide and shall observe such procedure to transact its business at such meetings, as may be prescribed by regulations. (2) The meetings of the Authority shall be convened and presided over by the Chairperson. In absence of the Chairperson, the meeting shall be presided over by the Chief Executive Officer, Maharashtra Livestock Development Board, Nagpur.
