(1) Each apartment owner shall be entitled to the exclusive ownership and possession of his apartment 1[in accordance with the Declaration executed and registered as required by section 2 of this Act]. (2) Each apartment owner 2[[shall execute a Deed of Apartment] in relation to his apartment in the manner prescribed for the purpose.
