Notwithstanding anything contained in the 1Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (V of 1898), an offence under clause (i) or clause (iii) of sub-section (1) of section 33 shall be deemed to be a cognizable offence within the meaning of that Code.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>Notwithstanding anything contained in the <sup>1</sup>Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898 (V of 1898), an offence under clause <i>(i)</i> or clause (<i>iii</i>) of sub-section (<i>1</i>) of section 33 shall be deemed to be a cognizable offence within the meaning of that Code.<br>
