In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) "administrator" means a person appointed under sub-section (2) of section 45 of the Marketing Regulation Act for carrying out the functions of any Market Committee ; (b) "Market Committee" shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Marketing Regulation Act; (c) "the Emergency" means the Emergency declared under the Proclamation of Emergency issued under clause (1) of article 352 of the Constitution of India on the 25th day of June 1975 ; (d) "the Marketing Regulation Act" means the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1963 (Mah. XX of 1964).
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>a</i>) "administrator" means a person appointed under sub-section (<i>2</i>) of section 45 of the Marketing Regulation Act for carrying out the functions of any Market Committee ; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><i>(b)</i> "Market Committee" shall have the meaning assigned to it in the Marketing Regulation Act; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>c</i>) "the Emergency" means the Emergency declared under the Proclamation of Emergency issued under clause (<i>1</i>) of article 352 of the Constitution of India on the 25th day of June 1975 ; <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>d</i>) "the Marketing Regulation Act" means the Maharashtra Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1963 (Mah.
