Any person, unauthorisedly occupying or wrongfully in possession of, any land- (a) which vests in the State Government under this Act, or (b) to the use and occupation of which he is not entitled under the provisions of this Act, may be summarily evicted by the Collector after such inquiry as he deems fit.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>Any person, unauthorisedly occupying or wrongfully in possession of, any land-<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>a</i>) which vests in the State Government under this Act, or <br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><span style="margin-left:15px;"></span><i>(b)</i> to the use and occupation of which he is not entitled under the provisions of this Act, may be summarily evicted by the Collector after such inquiry as he deems fit. <br>
