Every application to be made under section 6 shall include,- (a) a description of the undertaking and of the route to be followed by the proposed aerial ropeway; (b) a description of the system of construction and management and of the advantages to the community to be expected from such ropeway; (c) an estimate of the cost of construction thereof; (d) a statement of the estimated working expenses and profits in respect thereof; (e) a statement of the maximum and minimum rates which it is proposed to charge; (f) such maps, plans, sections and drawings in connection therewith as the State Government may require in order to form an idea of the proposal.
