(1) Every member of the Fund shall affix one welfare fund stamp referred to in sub-section (1) of section 18 on every Wakalatnama filed by him and no Wakalatnama shall be filed before or received by any Court, Tribunal or other authority or person referred to in section 14 unless it is so stamped. (2) The value of the stamp shall neither be cost in the case nor be collected in any event from the client. (3) Any contravention of the provisions of sub-section (2) by any member shall disentitle him to the benefits of the Fund and the Trustee Committee shall report such instances to the Bar Council for appropriate action.
