All proceedings of the Corporation shall be authenticated by the Chairman or Vice-Chairman and all orders and instruments of the Corporation, subject to overall control and direction by the Managing Director, shall be authenticated by the 1[Executive Director] or any other officer of the Corporation as may be authorised in this behalf by regulations.
