The Kuladhipati may, on the recommendation of the Vyavasthapana Parishad, supported by a majority of not less than two-thirds of its members present at its meeting, such majority comprising not less than one-half of its members, remove the name of any person from the register of graduates for such period as the Kuladhipati thinks fit, if such person has been convicted by a court for any offence which, in the opinion of the Vyavasthapana Parishad, in a serious offence involving moral turpitude.
