The Protection of Nazims and Servants Act (Hyd. IV of 1314 Fasli), in its application to the Hyderabad area of the State of Bombay and the Judicial Officers' Protection Act, 1850 (XVIII of 1850) as adapted and applied to the Saurashtra area of the State by the State of Saurashtra (Application of Central and Bombay Acts) Ordinance, 1948 (Sau. Ord. XXV of 1948) are hereby repealed : Provided that such repeal shall not affect,- (a) the previous operation of the Acts so repealed ; (b) any right, privilege, obligation or liability acquired, accrued or incurred under the Acts so repealed ; (c) any investigation, legal proceeding or remedy in respect of any such right, privilege, obligation or liability, and any such investigation, legal proceeding or remedy may be instituted, continued or enforced, as if this Act had not been passed.
