(1) This Act may be called the City of Mumbai Primary Education, the Maharashtra Primary Education, the Hyderabad Compulsory Primary Education and the Madhya Pradesh Primary Education (Repeal) Act, 2013. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st July 2013.
