(1) This Act may be called the Bombay Fodderand Grain Control Act, 19391. (2) It shall extend to the 2[Bombay area of the State of Maharashtra.] (3) It shall come into force with effect from such date as the 3[State] Government may by notification in the Official Gazette appoint.
