(1) The High Court shall, from time to time, with the sanction of the 1[State] Government prescribe and regulate the fees to be taken for any process issued by the City Court or by any officer of such court. (2) Table of the fees so prescribed shall be published in the Official Gazette.
<span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>1</i>) The High Court shall, from time to time, with the sanction of the <sup>1</sup>[State] Government prescribe and regulate the fees to be taken for any process issued by the City Court or by any officer of such court.<br> <span style="margin-left:15px;"></span>(<i>2</i>) Table of the fees so prescribed shall be published in the <i>Official Gazette</i>. <br>
