1[(1) There shall be a full-time Chief Executive Officer of the Board to be appointed by the State Government and who shall be not below the rank of Joint Secretary to the State Government.] (2) The term of office and other conditions of service of the Chief Executive Officer shall be such as may be prescribed. (3) The Chief Executive Officer shall be ex officio Secretary of the Board and shall be under the administrative control of the Board.
