63Transfer of proceedings to Punjab High Court
(1) All proceedings pending in the High Court of Patiala and East Punjab States Union immediately before the appointed day shall stand transferred to the High Court for the new State of Punjab (referred to in this Act as the High Court of Punjab).
(2) Any order made before the appointed day by the High Court of Patiala and East Punjab States Union shall for all purposes have effect, not only as an order of that Court, but also as an order made by the High Court of Punjab.
