3Establishment of Railway Claims Tribunal
The Central Government shall, by notification, establish a Claims Tribunal, to be known as the Railway Claims Tribunal, to exercise the jurisdiction, powers and authority conferred on it by or under this Act 1 [and under Chapter VII of the Railways Act,1989 (24 of 1989).]
