In the Criminal Law (Amendment) Ordinance,
1944, in the Schedule, after serial number 5 and entries relating thereto, the following serial number
and entries shall be inserted, namely:––
"6. An offence punishable under the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act,
2024.".
