Notwithstanding anything contained in the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 1898 (5 of 1898), an offence punishable under clause (l), clause (n) or clause (o) of
sub-section (1) of section 11 or under section 12 shall be a cognizable offence within the meaning of
that Code.
