9Officers and other employees of Commission.

9. Officers and other employees of Commission.--(1) Subject to such rules made by the Central Government in this behalf, the Central Government shall provide a Secretariat to the Commission which shall consist of a Secretary and other officers as it may think necessary for the efficient performance of its functions under this Act.
(2) The salaries and allowances payable to, and other conditions of service of, the Secretary and other officers of the Commission shall be such as may be prescribed by the Central Government.
(3) The Secretariat of the Commission shall also provide Secretarial assistance to the Professional Council and the Advisory Council.
