60Minutes

(1) Minutes shall be kept of the names of the members and of the officers, if any, present, and of the proceedings at each meeting of the Zilla Parishad and if any member present at the meeting so desires, of the names of the members voting respectively for or against any resolution, in a book to be provided for purpose and after they are read over and agreed to, shall be signed by the Adhyaksha and Up-Adhyaksha or person presiding at such meeting, and shall at all reasonable times be open to inspection by any member of the Zilla Parishad. Any person may inspect the copy of the minutes of the meeting. The minutes books shall always be kept in the office of the Zilla Parishad and shall be in the custody of the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad.

(2) A copy of every resolution passed by the Zilla Parishad shall within ten days from the date of its passing in the meeting, be forwarded by the Chief Executive Officer to the Government.
