On and from the appointed day, in the
Fourth Schedule to the Constitution, in the Table,---
(a) entry 21 shall be deleted;
(b) entries 22 to 31 shall be renumbered as entries 21 to 30, respectively;
(c) after entry 30, the following entry shall be inserted, namely:---
"31. Jammu and Kashmir ..................................................4".
