3Appointment of Managing Body
The Committee shall also at the same meeting appoint from among the members nominated under section 2 of the Managing Body of the Society (hereinafter called the Managing Body), the members of which shall hold office as such until a new Managing Body is appointed as hereinafter provided. The number of members of the Managing Body shall not be less than ten or more than thirty.
